1. Web Development & Design
Before Project Commencement: If you cancel a project before any work (research, planning, or design) has started, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus a 10% processing fee.
Work in Progress: Once the design or development phase has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will deduct the cost of hours already worked and any resources purchased.
Post-Approval/Completion: No refunds will be issued once the website has been approved, completed, or migrated to your live server.
2. Hosting Services
Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts.If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
Renewals: Hosting renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 5 days before the renewal date to avoid charges.
VPS & Dedicated Servers: Due to the resource allocation involved, these services are non-refundable.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Service Fees: SEO and Social Media Marketing involve intensive manual labor and strategy. Once a monthly campaign has started, fees for that month are non-refundable.
Notice Period: You may cancel monthly retainer services at any time by providing a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the website design?
We provide multiple revision rounds during the design phase to ensure you love the final product. Refunds are only possible before the final approval and will be calculated based on the work remaining.
Why are domain names non-refundable?
Domain names are registered through international registries (like ICANN). Once a name is bought, the cost is immediately paid to the registry and cannot be reversed. You will, however, own the domain for the full year.
What happens if GDigital cannot complete my project?
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver a project as per the agreed scope due to internal reasons, we will provide a full refund of all payments made for that specific project.
Can I get a refund for my "Ad Spend"?
No. Money spent on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads goes directly to those platforms. GDigital only charges a management fee; we cannot refund money already consumed by the advertising platforms.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
